Nothing like a BBQ rib dinner with beans, potato or macaroni salad and pie on a cool October evening. Join your neighbors at the Legion on the 1st Saturday of the month.
The August Saturday Steak Dinner on the 2nd Saturday is also much anticipated as the steaks are huge. A full house turned out for the event.
The June Saturday Rib Dinner was well attended. Diners enjoyed BBQ ribs, choice of potato salad, macaroni salad or cole slaw for a tasty meal.
Memorial Day services were held at Oak Ridge Cemetery and at the Division Street Bridge. Elkhart Central Band member Matthew LeMasters played Taps.
