Welcome to The Home Of The Cardinal Club
For over 50 years, the Collins Family has welcomed the community of Bristol
to enjoy food, spirits, and friendship in the heart of downtown.
Today, Steve and wife Rhonda run the business, including
the Bristol Party Store, next door. Familar faces behind the bar, are bartenders for days,
Kris Cantu and nights, Gavin is Night Mgr. and Shelley Habic, part-time waitress. At the Party
Store is Carol Markel.
Lunch is served each day from 11am until 1:30pm Hot soup and their famous
Hot Beef sandwiches are always available. According to the lunch regulars, the
Thursday Taco Salad is billed "The Very Best in Indiana."
Join your friends and neighbors for great food and
a relaxed atmosphere, where it's downtown, hometown, & full of familiar
faces. Saturday's famous breakfast starts at 7am to 11am with cook Vicki Davis.
Red Bird Hours - are 7am to 12 midnight Monday through Saturday, and now
open Sundays from 11am to 4pm.
