23rd CAPS program
Carrying through the theme of "Be a Lifesaver," volunteers handled out lifesaver
candy samples to those who stopped to donate.
Members of the Bristol Marshal's Posse and the Police Reserves
participated in the the 23rd annual fundraiser for CAPS, the
Elkhart County Child and Parent Services organization.
CAPS mission is to prevent child abuse, value children and strengthen families in Elkhart County.
